When I returned from maternity leave my practice was in disarray. So, I hired Gabe and started chatting with the accountability coaches. I would just pose a question or challenge that I was having and received feedback throughout the week. That works for me, I don’t have time to schedule time to meet with a coach which would take me away from production, precious Fridays with my two babies or date nights with hubby. The thing that I have learned most thus far, is that I have to actually apply the coaching and WOW it really works. Once I really applied the Healthy Patient Blueprint and worked on my leadership, my team has hit their collection goal four months in a row and it is now the NEW NORMAL. Gabe is my go to guy.
